Also, just to inform you that the mobile device that you're using is not compatible with Phantom 4 pro. This is the list of compatible devices that you can use for your drone:

Despite "the mobile device that you're using is not compatible with Phantom 4 pro", I'm using the Nvidia Shield and it works very well, although I don't have the latest Android version on it.

DJI Go4 - current version.

Works perfectly with Phantom 4.
