Hi iv got a p3p and p4p havn't used p3p for 3 months . Iv updated all firmware on battery's , handset and craft. but flying today after 30 m the signal was lost screen scrambling all over  . What gone wrong Thanks

have you try re-link the AC and the RC?

no error message just about 10 feet away picture was breaking up . it was an ipad air  and Samsung galaxy note 7

Thanks for your reply I will try that . I did do a firmware update on p3p about a week before I flew it I did tryit out in my back garden it took of fine went to 10 foot and landed it all ok

Hello there. We apologize for the inconvenience. Did you try to re-link the aircraft to the remote controller? If not, please do that then reinstall the app also.

Hi I done a firmware upgrade a week before flying it . so how do I relink the aircraft not done that before Thanks

You tried each of these separately and each had same problem / error ?

Do you have "GO for P4" and "GO for products before P4" installed on both tablets ?

Have you tried uninstalling both Go's ... running CCleaner or similar cleanup app and then reinstalling Go for Products before P4 and try again ?

It is possible that there is conflict ... better to rule that out first.
