Which port are you connecting them to on the remote controller? The USB port or do you have the HDMI Output Module installed?

Hi Darkenmoor, the Phantom 4 and Goggles RE can be connected via the USB port and HDMI port if you mounted HDMI module. You may refer this link for connection:
