How do I download videos from the Spark?

2 ways and I perfer the first...

With the Spark on, connect the USB cable to the Spark then the computer.
Download the videos from the Spark as you would from a USB drive.

The second way is with the Spark linked to the phone WiFi, open the DJI GO 4 app and open the FPV display.
Lower right corner you will see a play button...tap that and it takes you to the photos/ videos on the Spark.
View the photo/ video and you will see an arrow pointing down on the lower left side.
Tap that and it will save to your phone.

Note, the second method is EXTREMELY slow!

Okay, here's the guessing game. Download by removing the card or connecting to DJI Assistant 2. DJI Assistant does not connect to my Spark for whatever reason, thank you DJI for having no support for your software. So I suppose removing the card is the only alternative, awesome.

Thank you. The DJI Assistant does not see the card.

I take the SD card off the drone then stick it into one one these below:

You do not need DJI assistant to get the videos/pix from the SD card.
As mentioned above, just use a USB cable from the Spark ( turned on) and the computer. The computer should then be able to access the card in the spark as you would a USB drive or portable H/D

Possibly - I used the white cable that came with my Fly More pack - trid a normal black micro USB and my (Mac) computer didn't see it

great advice thank you. I have been struggling getting my videos from my Spark into Quik video editing (which is designed for GoPro). As I use both GoPro and DJI to get videos I need a common platform. Using the cable plugged from the Spark directly into my phone, I can upload directly into Quik and make great videos of my day out. Nothing that is worth publishing yet as I am still learning the ropes with Spark but I'm getting there.

You can try SnapTube video downloader for downloading DJI videos on your phone. Personally, I use it on my Android device...

I just take the micro SD card out and put it in the computer.

Just take out the SD card and pop it in either an android phone or a Laptop or Desktop...

Tubemate for youtube is best.

Assistant 2, you downloaded?
Plug the cable in, computer and Spark, start the spark (or plug it in, once Spark is started already), the prog will see that it is a Spark.
but if it is for SD-files: Put the SD card in a cardreader to the computer!

Maybe, in this problem, VidMate is best for downloading videos. You can try this...
