I placed an order for P3A with extra battery on April 17th.  This morning, I received an email notification that my P3A has shipped.  
As with everyone else here, the email states:  "Note: Your Extra Battery will be shipped separately at a later date in May. We apologize for any inconvenience."

Wow, you've been very patient to wait this long. Congrats, it'll be like Christmas once it arrives.

I am not a patient person.  I've been using this as an exercise in waiting calmly.  

Same here, same order date and same note on the bottom, I should get mine on May 20th. This was just few days after I got email it would take 10-15 working days for the shipment to be sent. Great surprise :-)

Their sales tactics worked on me... I couldn't wait for the P3A to ship any longer... so I went out and bought a P3P that was in stock at Ritz Camera... it's awesome though!

I got the 10-15 day email too.   EXCITED!!

everybody that ordered with extra battery is the same... I am actually waiting for mine.. I guess next week they will be sending it..

I was skeptical of the May 20th delivery date.  Fedex shows "Exception" and delivery is now showing as Friday, May 22nd.

I ordered my P3A on April 12 and picked it up at the FedEX terminal last night.  The outer shipping box from DJI was only slightly larger than the Phantom box, so they changed to a more reasonably (tighter) sized outer box.  Even my gimbal lock was in place when I opened it!!  And yes, they are installing the 118 firmware.
