Do you mean the motor for the props? If yes, could you provide a picture of it?

That is a question I can't answer.  I did not attempt to purchase parts.  I had DJI repair my Mavic.

I've seen some parts on eBay, and they have been close to the cost listed on the DJI site.  

If you are looking to purchase and fix yourself, you can use the list i posted as a guide to how much you should pay.  Keep in mind that fixing yourself may void your warranty.  

It looks like the DJI service charge is a 2 hour minimum, so the minimum service charge is going to be around $130 for the Air.  Then add the cost of the part, and that will be the cost of the repair.
