No Screen response of my CrystalSky bothers me alot. When I restart, everything is normal. I searched this topics and found it is a very common problem. I just add the links here, and wish DJI can improve the quality of this product in the future of updating.

CS is much bright, and it only install DJI Go and DJI Go 4, so it can avoid any interference from call or social medium message. It is really easy to use. Updating fireware and uploading fly log  are very easy.

If you are luck enough, you will not meet the problem hopefully.

It doesn't appear to be an isolated issue though looking at this thread - think I'll stick with the iPhones until they sort it at least. Thanks for the heads-up.

Month ago, i received a invitation to give a survey of CS, then no more update since then. Somebody says that DJI will publish a new version of CS on July 18th, but I am not sure.

Which version of the CrystalSky do you have? I have the 7.85 High Brightness since last year and never experience any problems so far. Have you tried with another cable already?

It is 5.5 inches CS.
I used DJI CrystalSky Part 5 bracket to mount CS to RC.

And have you ever opened a support case with DJI for your problem? Is your's still under warranty? I would assume so.

I should have filed a case, but I didn't.

It is just less than 3 months, so I will contact DJI soon.

Thank you for your suggestion

Make sure you get a Case Number!
Don't simply call, start conversation, or email correspondence.  Otherwise, it will go off the radar or vanish.

You might consider adding my CrystalSky hang problem to your list: https://forum.dji.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=139737

From my Thread:

CrystalSky still shows same screen as it did when things went wrong.
After trying several different touch-screens and button pushes, I find CrystalSky is Hung.
CrystalSky won't even respond to normal On/Off button push.

We shall see what it will be. But what I find more breathtaking is that if a purchased product is not functioning as expected, nowadays the most natural action (claim warranty or simply return it) apparently is no longer the route taken, but start an outcry in the so called "social" media instead. Should I feel being terribly old fashioned?...

Hahahahaha - that is very true. One of my previous employers has a department whereby the teams are employed purely to handle public complaints from social media - mainly twitter. It's the way of the world. Social media is very powerful and can cripple business - some obviously create mountains out of mole hills but the seller or service provider tends to react quicker when thousands of potential customers can read the complaint (and not become a customer). It's good to keep a business on it's toes and many corporations have KPI's based on the feedback from social media and target employees. Though it can be abused for sure.

Sorry to say, but for me e.g. Twitter messages are nothing more than farts in cyberspace...
