Does the R/C  transmitter auto discharge the same as batteries ??

Good question.  I would think they discharge normally with use.  Not "intelligent" as the AC batteries.

Does the controller battery auto-discharge like the intelligent lipos?  No.  If not used, it will discharge slowly and naturally though, just as all batteries do.  

Thanks.  I was out of state up by Russia for 8-9 months and when I returned transmitter was low but took charge fine.  A/C batteries were gr8....down to 2 lights and they charged fine as well.
I kind of feel bad as I have NEVER, (knock on wood or my head)  had any issues with my Phantom 4 no bling.
I wish everyone had the experience with their drones that I have had.....Many Thanks DJI and crew.
