Usualy I fly my Spark with OTG cable, but today fly without, wifi connected. Alt around 50m fly normaly around 5 minutes. For few seconds says something about weak signal, but fly normaly. Try to descend, ok, but in one moment drone start to live his ovn life.losing hight and was difficault to control drone. Somehow land. It was second time like this, both without cable. With cable it newer hapend. Any ideas?
We apologize for the inconvenience this have brought you. Using the Spark on Wifi only mode via mobile device is subject to interference causing the aircraft to loose signal. You can try to fly it on an open field free from interference.

Yesterdays flight yes, was in city, but first time something wery similar happend in open field.
Did the app chrash just at the end of the flight?
A flight record gets recorded after the bird has landed
In case the app crashes when the spark is midair, and you land the bird, befor the app is up again, you dont have a record at all.
Anyway you lose all from before the crash.
If the app restarts as long the bird is in the air, the record starts just at that moment and location, height, distance, ....
Few questions about altitude. It says was 15feet, same time VPS says 5feet. Difficault to say, what was real hight, cause i dont know wich momet it was, but probobly was more close to 5feet.

In Europe without OTG you probably had a 2.4GHz from Phone to RC and 5.8GHz from AC to RC. In CE Mode 5.8GHz is just ridiculous.
I fly in Europe, but im not sure its CE or FCC. I bougt used drone. When I look in app info about wifi there was 13 channels, that not means I have FCC mode?

Europe is CE.
The first 13 channels are 2.4gHz frequencies.
Expect 1.25 mile range in areas free of interference and obstructions (clear line between RC and AC) - though for the pfco you may need to look up on drone laws under the Air Navigation Order - maintaining VLOS, never exceeding 500m with a UAV, is law in the UK.
This issue has come directly from the latest app update , it doesnt matter what anyone suggests here... The DJI support team logged this yesterday with their engineers on my behalf

If you have 11 ONLY, NOT 13 then you are in FCC Mode.
