Why I see gimbal in my records with osmo 2 in vertical position?
I heard about this issue with gopro adapters... but with a samsung S7?
With Sony X compact the same problem

Hi thanks for reaching DJI Forum, we do apologize if you are having issues with your DJI Osmo Mobile 2. Is this happening all the time you record your video/photo? To add on, when was the last time you updated the firmware of your device? You mention you used the Sony X as your mobile device, sad to say this is currently not compatible to run the app.  Please see the list of the fully compatible devices below. Thank you.

Maybe the S7 lenght is the problem? I need to know if my osmo is ok.
Could I displace 1 inch the S7?

I'm using a Samsung S6 Edge and when I have the phone in the recommended position (end of the phone resting on the gimbal), a part of the Osmo 2 is seen in my videos. I had it placed about half-inch away from the end and re-balance the gimbal. That prevents any part of the gimbal to be recorded in my videos. I think you can do it to your S7 as long as you re-balance your gimbal when you reposition your phone. Hope this helps.

Hi, I already have feedback from our engineers and I'm sorry to say that this concern is due to hardware limitation, I would suggest moving your phone a little bit to get rid of the motors in your screen. Thank you for your understanding

I had the same problem on the S8, bought a new S9 and the same problem is there. Looking for another brand of gimbal instead.

Why do you need to clarity this? Youve been told on numerous occasions. The gimbal is pretty much useless with Samsung's
