Recommendations and law are very different. You stated that there have been no other changes to the law other than the newly defined boundary of airports... I simply corrected you as you have given wrong information in that regard.

Its unchanged.  The same clauses to the ANO apply before and after.  Distance to airport being fixed is the only new law with an actual figure.

No it's not - I suggest you read up then bore someone else with your trolling.

Or maybe you should and stop pretending things have changed when the identical offence was available before and after the changes of the law.  You could be prosecuted before and can be prosecuted after.  The ANO has more than enough clauses to allow for it.
