Hi thanks for reaching DJI Forum, we do apologize if you are having issues calibrating the IMU of your DJI Spark. I believe this is not the first time you are going to calibrate the IMU. But just the same let me give you a video on how to do it the right way. Thank You.

i have been calibrating my Spark the right way since day one and have done it about 10 times, I just wanted to know if it's normal for it to take longer during Stage One.  It used to take about 20 seconds, but the last couple of times it took about 2 minutes just for stage one alone.

Try to recalibrate the IMU and see if it takes long again.

Before doing so, if you are using an Android just give the Phone a Restart. Maybe the Phone was installing / downloading some Programs in the Background which caused this Delay ?

I am sure there was nothing wrong with your Drone, else it would result in an Error.
