Why do you need a Decent Drone, if your Picture is Great ??

Not sure I understand your question.  Due to the large size of this art installation, capturing the image via drone best captures the scale and scope of the art piece.

Ok, I now I understand.   I had purchased a little $75 drone before so that was my reference point which I did not articulate.  Yes, so many people scream for 4K and RAW, but, for the price, this is a great drone.
