I have problem with connection to rc. I connected my phone to rc, but it is still information that is "disconnected". I tried to restart drone, rc, phone etc. Also I reinstalled the app. The problem is when I try to create wired connection on step 3 (Connection to rc).
But the connection is, because phone normally charging from rc but can't connect to drone.

How could I solve this problem?
Maybe is it problem with app? Last update?

Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience. May I know what mobile device,firmware version and DJI Go app version you are using? On the disconnected error message, does it appear on a red or gray bar?

If you have a cable plugged in the side connector, and your device connected through the usb in the bottom connector, your device won’t connect. Remove the cable from side connector and device should connect.
