Hello guys, i recently purchased a DJI Goggles. When i finished flying my MA today, i insert the momery card straight into the Goggles. I recorded in 4K resolution. Can someone please explain to me what the Goggle is unable to play my video directly from memory card?

I've updated Goggles to the latest firmware with Assistant 2.

Hi thanks for reaching DJI Forum, we do apologize if you are having issues with playing videos directly from your memory card. May I ask if you formatted the SD card before using it?

after purchased my MA and inserted the memory card, i did format the card with DJI GO 4 App.

Hi, may I ask if you are trying to play a 4k resolution video on what device?

I recorded some footages in 4K resolution on my Mavic Air.
And i wanted to insert the memory card into Goggles and watch these video.

The goggles don't play 4k, needs to be in their native 1080P if I remember.
