I placed an order for a Ronin M with DJI on 5/15/15, my order number is: 001119518430.
My payment has been completed & confirmed through Paypal since 5/15/15, I've sent MANY emails to DJI customer support and have only received responses such as "please check with paypal".
I've submitted proof of payment receipt from Paypal to DJI and still no progress has been made on my order.

Can ANYONE tell me what I should do here to get my order completed with DJI?
DJI can you help or do I have to go order a Movi?

Hi DJI,
I have already done this 2 times. The customer service rep ignored both emails with screen shots in them and told me to keep checking Paypal.
Your customer service is terrible.
My order is cancelled.
