Aloha RHP,
It has to be a simulator, look at the terrain map. The terrain map is a contrasted flat map commonly used in simulators. Bring up Google Earth and tilt it, you will get the same effect. Notice the warehouse over the front of the plane does not have walls, it is not a 3D image. It is a tilted 2D image.
The shadows on the UAV are also very different from the shadows on the plane. Consider Labroides comments. The only way that UAV could be that big and still be 55 pounds or less is if it is behind the plane. That location at the aft end of the plane while it is landing is near total turbulence. The plane wings (main and tail), body and wheels have just shattered any stable air. There is no way that UAV could be level in all that turbulence. BTW, if the jet is on a proper glide slope, the engine is putting out the least amount of turbulence a jet engine can. But still the engine will also contribute to the turbulence and it will be more than the left landing gear.
Finally, for the same reason as above, and noted by Labroides, how could a following aircraft of some sort remain level enough to take the photo? The turbulence remains for extended periods measured at times in dozens of minutes except in side winds and when caused by extremely light aircraft.
Aloha and Drone On!
