Hi
I am using Inspire 1 v2 & have always been very happy with smooth video quality. Today I too the drone out for a short flight & when I got back & put video onto computer, it is very jerky. It jumps every 1-2 seconds rendering the video useless.

Any ideas as to the possible cause please?

Hello there. We apologize for the inconvenience. Did you try to re-mount? Did you do some calibration? Is the firmware updated? Can you also send a sample video showing the problem?

I have recalibrated the gimbal. I then tried a handheld video in the garden and the video is still jerky.

The software is up to date, aircraft V1.11.01.50, camera C1.10.01.40 & controller v1.7.80.

How can I compress the 618Mb file small enough to send?

Sorry this is really weird. I put the video into iMovie in order to try & reduce the file size, and amazingly the video plays smoothly with no jerkiness at all. I was originally viewing in Quicktime which is what I usually use. How can this be?

It might be because of the resolution.
