I just received my new Tello. I have a samsung S8 and the problem is simple : I can not record any videos or take any photos. When I clic on the videos logo, I have the videos count 0:01, 0:02 etc.. but when I click on stop, I don't have any videos in the "Videos records".

Can you help me please ? This is an amazing drone !

you can try to uninstall and reinstall the app

When you first install the Tello app, you need to open it and accept that it will have access to your photos and wifi. It is possible that you did not give access to photos. When it takes photos and videos, it stores them on your phone.

maybe it is a bug not a big deal

just from settings give all permissions to the tello app, and with S8 you will see full grey files, you can view your images via google photos.

hello there there is a simple solution for this:
Just go to phone settings, permissions and give all permissions to tello app.

And enjoy, but with S8 you will face with grey photos, do not panic you can access those photos by instagram , google photos etc.

Welcome to the forum. May I know if have you fixed it by following 10# suggestion to allow its storage permission?
