Is there anyway to export the panoramas as an actual sphere rather than a flat pano?

It’s pretty disappointing having this cool capability and then having to go into another software or app to actually use this feature fully?

Not really with in the go4 app
The only quick thing would be a screenshot.
Also some apps (android: spheripy p.ex.) would create a planet out of the flat one again. Just also only in very small!
But:
"Doing" it on a computer (iOS would do, too;-), with Ms ICE (p.ex, on iOS there is something for that, too), will give you a lot more options.
You could even print wallphotos in big sizes, b/c this programmes (can, but dont have to) create big pictures in high pixel resolution

There is a DJI Media Maker, but that is not as good as you wish.
There are serveral apps that can do this also.
(depending on iOS / Android), but I find Autopano Giga giving the best results.

I use MM when manually stitching   

I am still a bit uncomfortable with panoramas.  Can you only stitch in DJI Go and then it seems to take for ever to download or can you download the panorama images from the SD Card to your computer and stitch it all on your computer.  If so what programme is recommended? (Windows 10)

Hi, unfortunately, our applications do not have a capability of this as of the moment, I would suggest using a Media maker or a third party application, however, we will forward your concern to our R&D engineers for consideration.

You can use Adobe Photoshop on that one.
