It is a scam, since Citicards says I can purchase without anxiety, I did. I got a email instantly that simply said im buying the mavic air and the email kind of looked like it was from stockholm. Of course nothing came in 3 months and i made a claim with Citicards. They contacted the entity that was receiving the money after the took the $80 USD back and the entity said they sell vacuums to others over seas, and that's it. So citi has charged me back by stating they can't tell if its fraud.
They did not ask for additional details or anything, I called Citi and they said they would send an email and Snail mail requesting extra info. That never happened and over a week now. Now I am on the phone again with Citi as they said, it is in the "security" department and not the "fraud" department, as the security department doesn't have respresentatives to talk with via call in, I am on hold for a long time while the fraud specialist tries to find someone, although not available and requested to call me back in an hour, so here I wait and have expended lots of time and anxiety to get the $80 credit.
Almost sounds like Citi has lost enough money to scams like these as internet advertisers and quick charging without merchandise delivered is the culture, I hope citi figures out doing this to its customers is just as bad as "purchasing without anxiety"... |
