Dear DJI Grace,

I just received an Email while I was driving, that the Ronin-S was Back In Stock. I was so Happy...

I went to my workshop in just 1 hour to find out its - OUT OF STOCK AGAIN

I though this was an Error on the DJI Store...

I contacted the DJI Support and told me that there was no error and it went OUT OF STOCK AGAIN,
in a few minutes. I asked him about the idea to make a PreOrder Button like Most Stores (B&H etc... have), and he told me - ''I am sorry if it cannot be done.''

So now I have to wait another 2-4 Weeks to get in Stock ?

They should do a PRE-ORDER Button, not a REMIND ME Button.

If it was for a Hobby I can wait, but this will be used for Work.

Hope someone from DJI Support can Help, as I am sure there are others who will find out its OUT OF STOCK AGAIN

I got lucky enough!

And the status update is that is Shipped already!

2 Hours from the payment!

I agree with you Hybrid.

Very Disappointed here. I cannot order from B&H as I am in Europe, and will be too much hassle with Tax / Delivery etc...

If they ReStock they should Stock According to the Demand. If there is a Big Demand, they should Think Big.

Kune do it again, maybe you made a simple spelling mistake and the Notification got else where.

The thing is that in US there is still the opportunity to buy it and in Europe within an hour all was gone.

I think they assigned just a small amount to Europe, or else we Europeans buy more than other countries.

Also try BestBuy. They just listed it for preorder yesterday. I know it may not help if you're over seas.

You are right ! Finally its back to Stock, but I can see that now there is 15-20 Days for Delivery.

Its ok for me to wait 20days, as long as I am booked and paid.

I received the email at around 5.00am here in Malta - EU, but was asleep.

Just bought it now ! Thanks again Simon, really appreciated your help mate !

I received an email and went to the site ( literally about 60 seconds after the email was received )... and it was sold out again... after all that build up you think dji would of made enough gimbals

Keep on trying Mike, I have managed to order it on the Second attempt as it went out of stock in few minutes, just like you.

I still haven't received mine yet.

I ordered mine on the DJI VA online store on Aug 2nd - as soon as they posted an in stock status on FB.
After I bought it the sign went to sold out.  
Got lucky I think, the product is on its way and I should have it by the Aug 8th.
You'll can keep an eye out on the store too.

My BH order from three weeks ago still shows no sign of delivering so I may go ahead and cancel that now.

I am not quite sure. They said they had a couple of units extra than the pre-ordered list and that is how. My order on BH like I said from over three weeks ago - I haven't heard any updates for.

Any idea how long it takes for them to restock?

Hey Barnikel, usually its a matter of days when I bought mine, but it was just launched.

Go in the DJI Store and Press the - 'IN STOCK REMINDER' so that they will send you an email when its back in Stock.

Hope you get yours soon Mate !
