Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience for this issue. What is the iPad that we are using? Are the SD card used have different GB sizes? (e.g. 16/64 GB). If so and has the same issue, please try to record first under HD video and see if it will stop. Can you also tell us if there is an error showing on the DJI Go 4 App. |
