Phantom 4 advanced won't stay in record mode. Previously recorded hours of video. Tryed different card, checked for latest firmware and apple i pad is latest update. Called a reputable drone repair service and they have never heard of this before. Can anyone help??

Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience for this issue. What is the iPad that we are using? Are the SD card used have different GB sizes? (e.g. 16/64 GB). If so and has the same issue, please try to record first under HD video and see if it will stop. Can you also tell us if there is an error showing on the DJI Go 4 App.

If the recording stops of its own accord, that is usually an SD card problem. In most cases, you can fix it bey re-formatting the SD card in the camera. Copy off any files you wanty to keep first. However a slow card can also cause the same problem. What card is it?

Ditto what Geebax said. They only time this happened to me, it was the card.
