Hey, sorry to read that. There is a chance that the propellers' guard becomes deformed. Please kindly switch another prop guard. If it persists, would you be so kind to show us an image or video for further assistance? Thanks in advanced.

bend the guards opposite way gently, they can be deformed slightly, but be gentle with small moves.
