Hi,

I tried updating my Phantom 3 Professional Drone (like I have done with previous firmware updates) by formating the SD card and then adding the P3S_FW_V01.11.0020.bin file to the root directory of the card. Unfortunately when I inserted the card into the drone, and turned it on, the update did not begin. It was as if there was no .bin file on the card. I tried a secon SD card, just in case there might have been a problem with the card, but it did the same thing.

I then attempted to check the SD card through the remote, but when I looked at the DJI go app on my Ipad connected to the remote, I did not see the "MENU" button on the home screen anymore. I can still control the tilt on the camera and could even fly the drone if I wanted to, but I don't have any image transmitting from the drome to the remote.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on?
Or any suggestinos for what I should do to try to get the drone to update the firmware?
