A few days ago I decided to check how Mavic Air copes in poor lighting. I took a picture about one hour after sunset. It was not completely dark yet. My photo was framed to 1/4 of the original, I used color correction in the photo editing program. With such a light, I managed to get quite a positive effect, unfortunately when the next photos got dark, they were not that good anymore.  What are your experiences with night scenes? I will gladly see your work and tips.

Hi Krrisstoff,

Check some of my posts on night shots. I mostly use the Mavic Pro but I did a couple with the Mavic Air as well. I have posted the settings I use and the flow I follow. If you have any questions you can ask me and I will try to help as best I can

Looks good, but don't get your hopes too high with a camera at these specs for low light. It's hard enough with consumer level DSLRs and lenses that cost more than those bodies.

Not going to get much more out a 1 2/3 sensor at 2.8 fixed ap. Decent enough, some can be really good, but most will fall into ho hum territory. At least in my experiences. Compared to that of the P4P images, now you are talking on a much different level.

Please do get your hopes high. You could achieve really good night/low light photos with your Mavic. You just gotta learn how to use your tools. Again, check out my work as proof

I will check the long exposure at the nearest opportunity. A sharp photo will last only 3 seconds without wind. Unfortunately, for several days I have bad rainy weather
