Thanks,

Hello there. Thank you for reaching out DJI Forum. You can actually use your usb cable to connect your aircraft to your computer. You can use DJI Assistant 2 to upload your flight data. Here's a video tutorial on how to do that. If you have further question, please let us know. Thanks.

Hi ssylca,

i use this > https://forum.dji.com/thread-154839-1-1.html

Plug it into your phone and Xfer your flightrecords and other files (i.e. screen recorder files) to this device.
SD card into your PC and import.
No cables or wifi connection neccessary, fast and easy.

cheers

From where I am standing, a USB cabel from the PC to the Phone (if that is an android!) is the easiest way.
But anyway, here are the locations and how to find the files from Mac and PC with USB
http://www.phantomhelp.com/logviewer/upload/

Just change "uploading" to "mark all" and copy to a folder on your pc.
Just saying! ;-)

ssylca44,

Flight record .txt files are coded to binary format. You cannot just view them as text.

The best way to view your flight records is either through your DJI GO App or upload .txt file to http://www.phantomhelp.com/LogViewer/Upload/.

Once you do it a Web site with your flight record and a map will open. If you need more data you can download .csv file (available through this Web site) and open it in Excel for further analysis.

Hi Natalia,

Trying to get Flight Data and Black Box info from Spark (fw V01.00.1000) via USB using Assistant 2 (V1.2.4) on MacBook Pro running El Capitan.

The YouTube tutorial shows opening "Data Upload" and "Black Box" windows in A2 to down load the data,
but when I open those windows I get a rotating flower with no flights listed and no BB data downloaded.

Am I missing a step here?  Or is the Spark just not equipped to produce that kind of data?

Thanks for any help you can give!
