couple of  days ago i bought a inspire 2 with zenmuse X5S. one of my friends saw the serial number of my drone and then he said it's probably refurbished. now i'm little worried about it because i want to resell it to somone else and maybe i get in trouble. I will be grateful check my drone's serialnumber and tell me my inspire 2 is refurbished or not?

Hello there. We apologize for the inconvenience. Upon checking here, your unit is not refurbished.  Based on our system, it has been activated last May 21, 2018.

The last august 10th I bought here in Argentina, in a DJI authorized store, an Inspire 2 with Zenmuse X4S, supposedly new ones, but I suspect that the drone and camera are refurbished because its appearance. Could you, please, help me to identify if they are or not refurbished ?. The Drone has two stickers with different Serial Numbers. The bigger one sticker: 0A0LEAH00600M3 and the small one: 09YDEAQ0040668. The Zenmuse X4S Serial Number: 0CGDEH02000681and Remote Controller Serial Number: 0D4JEAP0C30234. Thank you so much in advance.

Sorry for the late response. Upon checking on our system, your Inspire 2 and Zenmuse x4s are both brand new.

The Inspire 2 was activated 2018-08-17 while the Zenmuse x4s was activated 2018-08-18.

Hi just recently bought a dji inspire 2 standard to wholesale photo the box is not sealed the paperworks is inside the black box looks like its a used drone but can you check the serial just to make sure because its too hassle for me to return this product this is the serial number 09YDF9R0040834 thank you in advance
