When I try to fly my DJI Spark drone, it takes off and flys well, but I’m flying blindly. The screen which I assume is supposed to show live footage of what the drone’s camera is recording, is completely black. Can anyone help?

Hi there. May I know what iPhone model are you using? Please make sure that your iPhone is fully compatible. Please see the attached image below for the listed compatible devices.  Also, Can you please try to re-link your aircraft to your remote controller?  If this will not work, please try to un-install and re-install DJI go 4 application. Thanks!

Hi, I have the iPhone seven. I’ve re-installed the app and re-linked it to the controller. It’s now saying “camera sensitivity error.” I’m not sure what that means or how to fix it.

Hi, what happened before you encounter this issue? did the drone experience any collision or hard landing? I would advise downloading the DJI Assistant 2 to your computer, then restore defaults setting and refresh the firmware using the DJI Assitant 2, however, if the issue will persist. It is better to send your aircraft to our facility and we will evaluate your drone in our repair facility. Kindly see the link below for you to download the application with your computer.
