My Osmo X5 had audio-video sync issues on the last shoot. Has this been resolved by the latest firmware 1.4.0.7.0 ?
Any other suggestions to fix AUDIO-VIDEO out of SYNC issues?

Try to record video in different format, i.e. MOV, if MP4 causes audio sync off. It may be the player issue as well, while recorded video may be perfectly fine.

Chris, firstly make sure that the audio is indeed off sync. As I mentioned previously, the original file on SD card may be perfectly fine, but the player app you're using in your computer may be the suspect. However, any decent video editing software (i.e. Adobe Premiere Pro) should allow for sliding audio track to sync in post.
