Today i was flying the spark and suddenly disconected and fall down about 9 floors height is there any problem with the application should i fly it with RC?

Hi there, sorry for the trouble. I just want to clarify, did your drone crash? Also, may I know what iPhone model are you using? Please make sure that's listed as compatible devices on Spark.  Please check the attached image below for reference.

Yes it crash but i haven’t had the opportunity to check it because it crashes in other placer and the owner is not at home

Please follow the instruction below.

* Launch application
* Tap 3 lines at the top right corner
* Select flight records
*  Look for cloud icon at the top right
* Sync the flight records, please ensure that the incident date is included
