I have noticed that my camera on my inspire 2  X5S with Olympus 17mm with ring and sunhood is tilted a little bit to the left (or behnd when facing the craft).  I  have of course recentered and when I take it off and put it back on ,  it always ends up in the same place. Is it to heavy with ring and sunhood , should I removed my ring when using the sunhood?

Hello there. We apologize for the inconvenience. I just want to clarify. Is this happening while the aircraft is turned on?

I have the same problem with the X7 and the X4s. After startup or reset gimbal. Its always pointed to the right. Seen from the rear of the AC.

Did you try to calibrate the gimbal? Do you have a video or photo showing the problem?

Hi, guys. I have the same issue. Dji probably has us deep in .... The problem has been around for a year and everyone knows it's the fault of the new software and Dji does nothing about it.
