Hello there. I do apologize for the inconvenienced that this caused you. Can you please check if your camera settings are on Auto mode? If yes, please switch it into manual mode and manually adjust the settings of the camera. Just go to DJI Go 4 app and go to camera settings >> click the first icon on the very top left corner >> switch button to manual. Please see the attached image below for reference.
