Don't do it it my controller is not the same won't charge

The controller is a GL300A and the drone is the phantom 3 advanced v1.2 2015 .8

i still need a bit of help being the newbie i am . In the go app it says that my aircraft is version 1.11.20 and my controller is 1.1.8 . I tried updating the firmwear of the controller but the results said that the version on the SD card was the same as one that you linked me. IM CONFUSED!

The firmware on the SD card is identical to or older than the current firmware on the remote controller.

Check in your app under the "about" setting. If all is updated correctly it should show:
aircraft 1.11.20
RC  1.9.20
App will be depending on what version you ae running

Also check your results file on your SD card to see if it reveals any other info.

my aircraft is 1.11.20 and my RC is 1.1.8 . Can you send me a link to the 1.9.20 RC firmwear?

It is included with the 1.11.20 firmware. The aircraft and RC will show different firmware versions. This normal, and a lot of people are unaware of that. Something must have happened during your update. Try to upgrade your RC again, thru the app. Remember the aircraft needs to be off and only the RC on and connected to you mobile device. After you are successful, I would recommend you re-link the two again.
