I recently purchased a DJI Mavic Pro from an individual and had sent it off to be repaired. DJI had no problem with me being 20 years old when I shipped my product to them to be repaired and they certainly did not hesitate to take my payment. The repair was quick and so was the shipment. My problem is when I try to receive my drone back from you all and I’m required to sign which is not a problem. The problem is that I am only 20 years old and I had to be 21 years old to sign for the package. I am a married 20 year old and I do not live with my parents so you all put me at a HUGE inconvenience. I can go to war and vote but I can not sign for my own package from you all. I am very disappointed with this. I hope something will be done.

It was quite a pain. I’ve never heard of it either but it was something DJI required

If the shipper specified signature required, then a signature is required. I dont see how your UPS driver would know that you weren't 21.

It was received, but the fact the I had to call my father and get him to come sign my package was a bit ridiculous and put me in a difficult situation because I do not live with my parents.
