First flight today, no problems.
After about 10 minutes into the second battery I got a red Main Controller Data Error. See screen shot. The Air was fully under control I landed it. Even with the motors off th error remained.
I swap batteries, restarted the RC and flew a third battery with no problems.
I have never seen that error or knows what it means.
I am running the latest FW and DJI GO4 release.
Any clues?
I only have my iPad with me and no access to my PC. Can I get the flight records out of  the Mini? If so, how?

I've had that message, and in my case, the error was related to the barometer error. Restarted drone and the problem goes away. It happened twice to me though, which concerns me a bit. However, I was reading into my barometer issue, some say it may be caused by temperature. I did fly in high temps the two times it occurred.

You better keep the RC covered under sunlight to avoid over heat. I will avoid flying when temperature too high for safety. The temperature of battery and MA after flying make me not comfortable.

Hello. I'm sorry for the inconvenienced that this caused you. "Main controller data error" indicates the SD card is full but it will not affect the flight. Reboot the aircraft to delete all the flight data. If the warning keeps showing after the reboot, it indicates the deletion is failed, need to delete it manually. If this issue still persists, I highly recommend you to send your drone for repair so we can analyze the problem with the aircraft. You can use this link for online repair request: https://repair.dji.com/repair/index. Thank you.

I have a class 3 64GB card and it only has about 14 GB of data.
Why would DJI call Main Controller data  Error” to a full SD card? It would be so much clearer if it would simply say “SD card full”. Also it should probably not be a red error, but a yellow one.

Hi, sorry for the troubles that it caused, I would like to clarify if this error message will occur with one of your battery? If yes, I would suggest downloading our DJI Assistant 2 then restore factory defaults and refresh the firmware, please ensure that you're using the battery that has an issue. Kindly keep for further assistance.
