Hi. Sorry for the trouble that this caused you. I highly suggest you send it into the store wherein you purchase your drone since it's still under warranty. I believed, they can replace it if the issue caused by product malfunction. But if it's a pilot error, the customer must need to shoulder the repair fee. If you have any other concern, please let us know. Thank you.
I dont think its my fault at all. There is so many comments&videos on internet about sparks battery suicides. Tomorrow i will send it back i hope they will renew it. |
