I was just hoping to find out how long I can expect to wait until DJI ships my order. I ordered a P3P last Wednesday, the site said "ships in 3-5 working days" and it's passed that mark now! Do I phone DJI and ask? How long did it take for your P3P orders to change to "shipped"?


Does anyone know if they're on hold or if there's some delay I don't know about?

mine took 2 days.

Ordered the P3P +extra Battery 14 Days ago. Still waiting, Status of the Order: Prepare (since 3 Days, bevore status was: Pending) Contacted DJI and asked how long it will take, they said i will get it this month.

I ordered my Advance on 5/1. still nothing AS OF 5/22. ALL MY ORDER SAYS IS PAYMENT CONFIRMED

Im kinda pissed about the delivery. most of my local dealers got a P3P or at least a P3A in stock. Im still waiting. Status: Prepare (since 3 days)

Asked online sales on 5/15 if they could really guarantee shipment within 3-5 business days. They said yes, so on 5/15 I placed an order for a P3P (no extra battery) and paid. Yesterday, after looking at "pending" forever, I emailed them and asked for a status update. They just responded, "Oh, sorry, yours should ship out sometime next week." WTF? I'll take that as a resounding, "We actually have no clue when we'll have a P3P ready to go." Really pissed off at DJI. I don't so much mind the delay itself -- it's the deceptive response a week ago that leaves me seething. Had I known that they were not, in fact, able to deliver as stated, I could have gone hunting for a US retailer w/ inventory.

So far, my order only shows "Payment Success".  Same on the Hardshell I have on order, though it shows "Shipping status as - Pending".  Order placed on the 16th.

I feel the exact same way. It's the total "radio silence" that irks me. When you put forward so much money, you'd expect regular updates. Of course that is too much to ask of DJI, who somehow fail to send out an email regarding stock or production delays and we have to rely on little bits of info picked up from various sources on the forums. However, I have some hopeful news: I phoned around some suppliers here in the UK and they said they were expecting delivery sometime next week, too. That correlates with that the support rep said to you, myself, and another poster in this thread. I imagine that we're all waiting on the same batch of P3Ps, and that they'll be ready to rock next week. If not, I'm cancelling my order and going with a local supplier.

I have 4 GoPro's  If I have to wait until June I will cancel and get the Solo...

Placed order with DJI on 4/11 for P3A with extra battery. Finally got email saying it was being shipped on 5/13.  Delivered on 5/18. Still waiting on extr battery.

I too ordered my PH3 on 5-5-15, and other than your order is paid for, I'm still waiting.

Ordered P3P on May 3rd, still not here.Told me 26th a few days ago, then yesterday changed to the 28th. 3rd Party I bought from on Amazon looks like his orders now say June 2-23!! Have to wait and see I reckon.

I did the preorder and it was delivered on the 17.

I took 28 days from China. Received and still haven't gotten the firmware to load correctly into the RC.

Christmas came early friends!
I ordered early morning 5/27/15; status changed to "Pending" then "Confirmed" all on that same day 5/27/15. Status updated to "Shipped" on 6/3/15 and this morning when I tracked it, I saw it was out for delivery (today 6/5/15).

Thanks DJI for being bad@ss!

Also, it shipped out of Carson City, CA and I live in Salem, OR.

As far as the extra battery, it is still showing a pending shipping status - FedEx, and no tracking number. The 1 through 5 says its 3 (Pay Confirmed). Hope this helps!

I ordered mine (with extra battery) online from a local dealer last Sunday and had it on Wednesday with a note that extra battery would ship in @ 2 weeks. Got the extra battery today. UAV Products Rocks.
