I ordered my Mavic Air on Monday on Amazon Prime day and receive the air on tuesday. Earlier today after charging the battery for the drone and then attempting to charge the controller,after connecting the cable i noticed that all the lights flashed showing all lights which clearly means the remote is charged. However, after disconnecting the cable the remote controller appears as if its dead. I have tried several times to try to turn the remote on and will do absolutely nothing. The controller only turns on briefly with cable being connected after powering on the controller and shortly there after the lights go off and appeares as if the remote controller is dead. Any ideas, or suggestions are greatly welcomed. I would hate to have to have it sent back if it can be a quick fix to remedy the problem.
