Hi

I finally took my Mavic Pro out of the box and registered, had a few flights and decided to make sure the firmware is up to date, I cannot get the Firmware to update on the drone, the controller is fine. I have tried via the App and DJI Assistant on both mac and PC, and multiple versions of the fimware .. Everything is fully charged

The furthest I have got is 72% using the DJI Go App, the least is 15% using DJI assistant on a Windows PC

I've tried lower versions of fw, the latest versions, its simply not working

I've read some of the threads that suggest there may be a beta fw that helps ?

Hi there, sorry for the trouble. Kindly reinstall DJI Assistant 2 and use a different USB cable. Did you try to use a different internet connection and then upgrade the firmware again?

I've tried reinstalling on Windows, a new cable and have restarted my Internet Router, failed again this time at 100% with the same error 0x020106, i've also uploaded my error log via the DJi Assistant 2 application, my username is simonrichardson@gmail.com.
Would getting access to the Beta software help me ? I'm currenty on V01.03.0400 ?

Thanks
