I have connected to the drones wifi but it keeps saying that there is no internet connection.
can anyone help please

Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience. Can you provide a screenshot on the message that you are receiving? You don't need internet connection to fly the drone. May I know if you have live feed on your APP? What is the status of the aircraft on your DJI Go 4 app?

I do have live feed on app in Facebook

Hi Ceasar!

This is normal. It simply means that the Wi-Fi device you connected to does not give you access to the Internet. You can still access the Internet through your wireless provider.

This is put in so you know that you’re still using mobile data and not hotspot data.

Hi, sorry for the late response, like ChaosKnign mention, the message that you encountered is normal because our Mavic Air does not provide any internet connection, still you can connect via Wi-Fi, however, if you're using a mobile device for you to control the aircraft, the flight distance and height will be limited. I think you've misunderstood. The range of the Mavic Air with remote controller is up to 2km (CE-mode), but when flying with WiFi, the range is limited to around 80-100 meters at most.

This is a standard message from your phone. Of course there is no internet connection as your phone is connected to the drone and not a router. J

the screenshot which you have provided is absolutely fine bro. It is already properly connected.
