Hi! I bought a Osmo Mobile 2 and after it charged, I started all the reccomendartion tips  to use the tool.
I paired with my phone, a Samsung S8+, balanced the gimbal, activated and finaly, started the tutorial. During the tutorial the operation was aparently normal, but in moment, I accidently hold the mode button longe then a click and the Osmo turned off. Since this, it never worked anymore.
Now when I turn it on, the phone recognizes, but when I enter the app in the camera, the followed message is showed. "Failed to Start gimbal, please check if the gimbal is leveled, if the mobiledevice is mounted ( Mobile 1st Gen) or if it is locked ( With lock model). If the problem is  still existed, please contact DJI Support."
I contacted once the Support but the advice they gave me wasn`t enough. They said me to try installing in another phone or refresh the firmware.  The firmware I have nothing in any place explaining how to do it. I tryed to install in an Iphone 7 plus, but the instructions to point the gimbal to up and down, or left and right, didn`t work.
I don`t know what more can I do.
I bought this in Spain and now I am back to Brazil.
Any answer to my issue?
I trust so much in this company, but I`m affraid to have did a bad deal in this case.

Hi, sorry for the late response, did you try to tap the gimbal icon and check if there will be a tilt axis lock? if yes, try to disable it to check if the issue will persist.

Hi Tony_di! I still got nothing.  When I tap the gimbal icon in the upper left of the screen, nothing happens.  Se my video attached.

Did you try to restart the Osmo?

It's located on the right side of the unit. After you restart the Osmo, reinstall the application.

Dji Wanda, I 've tryed  turned it on and off dozens of times. In this case you are saying, is to hold the "mode" button for a period  or something like that?

No. Please proceed on reinstalling the app and check if the error still persists.

I turned the device off and then reinstalled the app and it still doesn't work.

If that's the case, we highly suggest having it replaced. You may contact the reseller of the unit or you may contact us to support@dji.com.

Hi there.

I’ve got the same problem. Gimbal barely used and kept in case.

Once it’s turned on, light keeps beeping yellow. Auto calibration failed.

Any support team member willing to help? Money lost?
