Hi! I bought a Osmo Mobile 2 and after it charged, I started all the reccomendartion tips to use the tool.
I paired with my phone, a Samsung S8+, balanced the gimbal, activated and finaly, started the tutorial. During the tutorial the operation was aparently normal, but in moment, I accidently hold the mode button longe then a click and the Osmo turned off. Since this, it never worked anymore.
Now when I turn it on, the phone recognizes, but when I enter the app in the camera, the followed message is showed. "Failed to Start gimbal, please check if the gimbal is leveled, if the mobiledevice is mounted ( Mobile 1st Gen) or if it is locked ( With lock model). If the problem is still existed, please contact DJI Support."
I contacted once the Support but the advice they gave me wasn`t enough. They said me to try installing in another phone or refresh the firmware. The firmware I have nothing in any place explaining how to do it. I tryed to install in an Iphone 7 plus, but the instructions to point the gimbal to up and down, or left and right, didn`t work.
I don`t know what more can I do.
I bought this in Spain and now I am back to Brazil.
Any answer to my issue?
I trust so much in this company, but I`m affraid to have did a bad deal in this case.
