use the one thats in the IOS 11 build it works great, you can put a icon in the swipe screen so easily accesed from lock screen to, i always make sure the countdown finishes before going back to DJI app, as had a few times when it has not saved the vid, think this was the problem .

The iOS 11 screen recorder can be activated as follows:-

Open the Settings app', then choose Control Center, select "customize controls."
Tap the + button next to "Screen Recording" to add it to the "Include" section.

It is obvious I am new to IOS Actually I've just managed to score a used iPhone SE, only for flying. So I do not really use it as a phone.
