[size=14.6667px]Just installed the DJI Assistant 2 for my Phantom 4 Pro V2.0. using this version

[size=14.6667px]Once the software is installed and loaded I plug my controller into the usb 2 slot and the software cannot detect the controller.

[size=14.6667px]My device manager tells me the driver is not installed.

[size=14.6667px]Am I doing something wrong

Indeed there were 2 drivers prompted. I ticked them both, and enabled microsoft to trust files installed by dji.

after installation it says setting up gl300k. after about 1 minite i get this message.

Ive tried this on 2 windows 10 computers, and both show same error.

You can as far i know not use Assistant2 for any controllers, what would you like to do?
If you need to pull out cached files and recordings, flight logs etc. after connecting to the PC, try to swipe down from top of the display and tick the "USB Connected" message in order to enable the controller as a USB device.

For your own sake, remember to mention it as the V2.0 plus(+) in regards to the controller, otherwise everyone get confused and you might get wrong information.
