I just used a new Sony Experia L2 on my Osmo Mobile, it is totally drained and just charged the battery first.

My nex Experia L2 had just installed the latest Osmo Mobile DJI Go App.

I tried turning On the the Gimbal while the Experia L2 is balanced on its bracket already, it recognized the App, turning On the DJI App and Camera, then suddenly disconnects the Bluetooth connection. The right LED of the Gimbal turns Red and the gimbal nods down. Just like a dead robot with red LED.

I tried turning off all my mobile phone bluetooth, but still the same.

Kindly help.

Hello there. We apologize for the inconvenience. Did you try to use a different mobile device? Because the mobile device that you're using is not compatible with Osmo Mobile. You may refer to this website: https://www.dji.com/osmo-mobile/info#downloads and check for some mobile devices that are compatible with Osmo Mobile. Please let us know if it still didn't work.
