Hi all. Im thinking of modding my remote so that i can get perfect video feed 4km away So far ive seen 4 different varieties and i dont know whats the difference between them and which one is the best, im interested in signal penetration through objects and obviously longer range and perfect video all the time, so that im only limited by the drone battery.
Now ive seen:
1. Panel square antennas.
2. Like normal stock antennas but muuuch longer, i think theyre called omni directional or smthn.
3. Little round metal balls type antenna for 60 $ on amazon.
4. Antenna like hawks raptor sr and raptor xr(a bit overkill for spark this one i think)
Watching all the videos on youtube, so far ive concluded that the best is raptor sr but they not available in Spain. So i might go for the little metal ball type then. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0776QNJRV/ref=sspa_mw_detail_0?psc=1
Sooo anyone have any experience with modding the remote??? Which one do you recommend and why? Thanks. Gracias. Спасибо.

Wouldn't it all depend on your flying location? If you are in a heavily populated area your signal would be weaker, even if you had those boosters? Like I said, I'm not sure...
And i think im going with the 4hawks one. You get perfect quality signal ALL THE TIME ANYWHERE! In the middle of times square you get perfect feed with 4hawks. Truly amazing piece of hardware. On par or maybe better than ocusync. You are only limited by your battery, no lag in between inputs at all, 3-5 km away!
