I don't know why the video is sideways, but has anyone had this problem? The first line on my screen is big and green... On youtube it isn't. That's weird. Check the picture.

Dude! That is WEIRDDDDDD! What drink did you give the MP??  LOL!  So only the video is sideways and the picture has left green bar or you have mix and match!

When I uploaded the video on Youtube, the green disapeared. That's weird, because when I play it on my computer, the green is there at the beginning only. Afterwards, it's just that pixelating thing that happens.

Have seen this happen if you flip the camera up - down and use portrait mode at same time with the 5 D button. The green monster have not been here in Iceland.
Have you reset the camera. Should fix this.

What's the 5 D button? Unfortunately the green monster appears on normal landscape videos as well... The pixelating as well.

D-Pad/Button – Multifunctional D-pad and button
Up – toggle camera between horizon view and vertical view
Down – toggle camera between vertical and horizontal orientation
Right – digitally zoom out of the image
Left – digitally zoom in to the image

I'll try and restart the camera to see what happens. Does that mean factory resetting?

Hi, sorry for the troubles that it caused, may I know if the issue is occurring in the SD card? What phone are you using as well as the SD card? Where did you purchase the unit? Is this the first time you encounter this issue?

I've purchased the unit from you guys (US website). I'm using the iPhone X and the SD card is the one that came with the unit. I think it's the SanDisk Extreme (red and gold one). It's not the first time it occurs. Happened once in a while on my videos. Nothing to disturb me so much, but that picture is ruined.

Hi, thanks for the response. I would recommend restoring factory defaults and refreshing the firmware using the DJI Assistant 2 and you can consider changing the SD card as well for us to isolate the issue. Please see the link below.

I already did a factory reset before departing + formated the card. Unfortunately, I'm travelling and can't order a new SD card to test it and I don't have other high quality SD cards that can record 4K with me.

I suspect it's happening during the import in Lightroom... What could it be related to? The memory card reader I'm using, the HDD? I'm out of solutions.

I'm having the exact same problem with the internal SD card that comes with the Mavic 2 Pro.  The secondary SD drive isn't having any issues.

Today i had this same isure.

Config.

4K 30 fps, with a new San Disk Extrem 64GB, it only happens once in a one hour footage.

Normally I use 128Gb San Disk Extrem that have more write speed.

The problem could be with the SD Card or it is about the drone?
