A quick test of the new Apple ProRes RAW codec for the DJI Inspire 2 shot in 6K HD. This was shot on and color graded on the fly, in a few minutes with Apple's FCPX on a pretty slow laptop.
The location is the Dolomites, roughly at sunset. Please keep in mind that it was truly shot without any planning whatsoever, as much as it was imported, graded and edited as fast as possible with limited resources
Hi! Could you have the chance to compare it to CINEMA DNG?
I could notice that the cloud near the sun are overexposed... is that yotube compression?
Thanks!

As odd as it may sound, I never used Premiere and started using FCPX out of necessity, therefore I never shot in CinemaDNG. The only reason why I have the codec license is that it is needed for activating ProRes RAW. I would not even know how to handle it...

great work. Any tips for importing 6k into FCPX? Do you have to manually change the ratio to 6k? I only see 5k for some reason.
Create a manual profile at 6016 * 3200, that should work. Just pick the 5K and manually change the resolution by skipping the automatic settings
