Hi guys ... I have experienced gimbal stuttering in my last recordings. I used an OTG adapter (direct cable link between phone and RC) which caused the gimbal to stop every other second or so for a brief moment, destroying the smooth movement. When I use a Wifi connection (no OTG cable), the stuttering is less, but it still occurs. Have you ever experienced this?

Thank you for your speedy reply. I did that today, after filming, yes. But not via the assistant, that only asks me to connect an Inspire 2. Did it via Wifi.

That is what I would check:
Set it a bit less slow and try again.
As you can do that on the office desk,  is it just in the air or also indoors?

I have read your entire issue and came back to this comment for a reply.
It seems to me you do have a mechanical issue.
But try that firmware refresh through DJI Assistant 2 before opening a service request.

DJI Assistant 2 always shows Inspire 2 under the connect example circle because that has special instructions to connect.

Once you physically connect the Spark and turn it on, you will see a Spark symbol ready to connect by clicking the symbol.

Hi, thanks for the response, I would like to ask what SD card are you using? I would recommend downloading the DJI Assistant 2 to your computer and restore factory defaults then refresh the firmware to see if there will be any changes. Please see the link below.
