Hello DJI Team,

I'm having an issue with the Ronin 1's firmware not updating the Ronin internal software to recognize the 2 batteries that I have for the Ronin 1; one's the old version  (3400 mha) and one's the new version (4350 MHA). I've installed and reinstalled the 1.8 firmware for Windows several times now. I'm still getting the same out come of the Ronin not updating the hardware's software.  The GCu has not changed and is stalled at 0.12. I've read it should be 1.0. The firmware for 1.4 GCU is still installed it appears which is the GCU 0.12.

I've attached images for reference.  Please advise on how to properly install the firmware as there are no videos to show you how to do this - which would be helpful.
